Restored exterior

1/3
118 President Street.
4-unit condo conversion.

Hagman and Fallon consulted with the developer thoughout the renovation process to help determine finishes that would appeal to the market.

Staging for the model apartment included furniture and photography from local designers and artists.

This boutique property was featured in the New York Post's Fall roundup of new developments, and sold out in a single week.

Sunroom

The dazzling sunroom off the living room required painstaking restoration of the original french windows and doors.

1/6
North Fork Vacation Home.

An extensive renovation brought this village beauty back to life. The house had been awkwardly remodeled to acommodate its aging owners and was sorely in need of a reboot. Taking cues from the 1920 architecture, Hoffman & Swinburne peeled back carpet and paint to reveal the home's original detail. A new kitchen and bath were designed to take advantage of the easy access to the outdoors.

Interior design is bright and lively, with classic seaside motifs throughout.

Gambrel-roof cottage

Restoration included new roof and siding, window trim.

1/5
Greenport Cottage.

Gut renovation of an 850 sf cottage on the North Fork of Long Island. The house was gutted and the interior opened to take advantage of the high ceilings in this compact space. The antique windows were restored, new roof and siding added, and the trim profiles changed to better reflect the period of the house. Electrical and plumbing systems were updated and/or replaced. Interior design included a new kitchen and bath, reclaimed rustic flooring and built-in seating and storage.

"Little Blue" was popular with vacation renters before returning to private ownership in 2012.

Living Room

The living room with restored parquet floor and skylit stair.

Limestone Townhouse

Hoffman & Swinburne designed and supervised the renovation of this classic single family home in Prospect Lefferts Gardens for a Brooklyn developer. Work included new kitchen and baths, new lighting fixtures, finished basement, restoration of the parquet floors, and plaster and paint in all rooms.

The renovation emphasized the period detail of the existing home. Wherever possible, elements we restored or reused.

The house sold for 10% over its asking price after a single open house.
