Tina began her design work in the theater, where her experience as a carpenter, technical director and production manager informed her choice of materials, love of the dramatic gesture and respect for craftsmanship.

With herself as client, she renovated a series of homes in Brooklyn, Connecticut and Long Island. This led to work as a real estate agent, where she shares her understanding of the renovation process with buyer clients. For sellers, she created step-by-step staging plans to make the most of each property. Alongside Victoria Hagman, she enlarged her scope of work to include gut renovation and new development interior work for an expanding circle of clients.

Tina believes design should both reflect and enhance how people really live.

Victoria Hagman is involved with various planning and historic preservation issues in Brooklyn. Her work in real estate has exposed her to the individuals and institutions governing public life in New York City. Victoria earned a masters degree in Historic Preservation Planning from Pratt while managing her real estate brokerage.

Working with architects and contractors has provided her with the foundations of an education on building restoration, new construction developments, and conversion projects, as well as many details about mechanicals from floorboards to boilers. Her years in real estate have given her a deep understanding of the market - what buyers and tenants are looking for in a home. She shares this knowledge with her clients to ensure a successful design project, not just a beautiful one.
